Deceptively simple prints evoking cultural notions of pattern, color and design.

For this series of work, "Abandoning", I am constructing physical objects that embed social significance of loss, abandonment, and renewal. These painted sculptural hybrids act as fragments exploring the constant building, undoing, and reclamation found in the constructed world around us.
